How can I pay?

Vyoopoint accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express at this time. If you think we should accept other forms of payment, please, let us know.

What else do I have to pay?

Nothing, nada, zilch… all of our plans are all inclusive so you don't have to worry about any additional hidden fees.

Do I have to make a long-term commitment?

No, there are no long-term commitments. You have full control over simple month-to-month billing. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time.

Is it easy for me to upgrade, downgrade or even cancel my account?

Not a problem! Once you're logged into your Vyoopoint account just click on 'Preferences > Billing Info.' At the top of the content area there is a link to "upgrade or downgrade your current plan", and at the bottom of the page is a section titled 'Cancel Your Account'. Just follow the directions to easily manage your account.
