How do I create design presentations using Vyoopoint?

Vyoopoint is based on a simple process that is flexible enough to apply to all sorts of design projects:

1) Create a new Project within your Vyoopoint account.
2) Upload files under the Upload tab, this will establish a new Gallery within your Project.
3) Assign reviewers to your Projects/Galleries from your Contacts database.
4) Publish your Galleries (public or password protected), this will automatically notify the people you have assigned to the Project and/or Gallery.
5) Basecamp integration is available. If you have a Basecamp account, you can import all your contacts from there in Vyoopoint.

Once all the above is done your Gallery of design work will be live for your clients to review online. You will be notified via email once they have made any notes or comments about the work.

What can Vyoopoint do with Basecamp?

Basecamp integration is available. Vyoopoint communicates with Basecamp in two ways:
1) If you are a Basecamp account owner you can import all your existing Contacts and Projects into Vyoopoint.
2) When you create a gallery in Vyoopoint you can publish it as a Basecamp message.

In order for this to work you must have the Basecamp API activated in your Basecamp account, and your Basecamp access credentials need to be entered into your Vyoopoint account General Preferences section.
